* Promotes the professional development of staff nurses and other caregivers through support, facilitation and education.

* Supports staff in dealing with work-related stressors.

* Serves as a resource and mentor for staff, in psychiatric mental health related program development.

Job Requirements:

* Master’s Prepared Nurse – Required

* Current Kansas RN license or license eligible.

* Current American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer certification.

* Must be eligible for Kansas ARNP-CNS or ARNP-NP license – Required

_Possess national certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

_Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as a NP in one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

_Have a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience within the last three (3) years in a setting corresponding to the requirements of the task order.

_Must hold a current and valid BCLS certification.

_Must have a current PPD.
