We are seeking 3 Physical Therapists for a 3 month contract at the VA Medial Center in Minneapolis, MN. The duration of the contract is August 1st through October 31st. The caseload will be 6 to 10 patients per day between the inpatient and outpatient therapy departments and the hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Occasional weekend or non-typical work hours may be requested.

Manage patient for contraception, including oral contraception (birth control pills) and diaphragm fillings
Administer indicated pediatric and adult immunizations.
Perform routine “well baby” pediatric services of within scope of practice and education.
Provide counseling and guidance to patients and family planning, sexually transmitted diseases; use of drugs, alcohol and/or tobacco; diet; weight control; effects of prescribed medications and treatments, etc.
Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, electrocardiograms, audiograms and perform typanometry and the necessary diagnostic studies.

Touching Hearts at Home Caregiver’s provide non-medical home care services to seniors and those with disabilities.
We strive to help our clients live independent for as long as possible, while bringing peace of mind to their families. We provide care from as little as 3 hours per visit all the way up to 24 hr. care.

-Currently we’re looking for a 24-hour caregiver for a man with short-term memory loss in Minnetonka. You must be familiar with both the Minnetonka area, as well as Downtown Minneapolis.

With our 24 hour shifts you can work as little as 2 or 3 days a week and have the rest of the week off!

Assist our clients with:
* Laundry /ironing
* Light housekeeping/ household chores
* Meal preparation and planning

* Companionship
* Medication reminders
* Transportation for errands and escort to appointments

Our requirements:
* Reliable vehicle
* Current MN driver’s license
* Up-to-date automobile insurance
* At least 18 years old
* Possess good communication skills *Fluent clear English required

* Take on responsibility for written documentation of service provided.

Because our clients are private-pay, we cannot guarantee any shifts.
