JOB SUMMARY:
An experienced registered nurse who can independently assess, plan and deliver nursing care with a minimum of supervision and can demonstrate leadership qualities as well as advanced knowledge in specialty areas. Performs duties with wide latitude for exercise of independent judgment under general administrative supervision. Performs professional scientific and technical work of considerable difficulty and responsibility requiring somewhat extensive professional scientific training and experience. Must possess skills to assess and plan care for all patients. Acts as a preceptor for the training and orientation of new staff. Competent in recovery of Post Anesthesia Patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
RN Registered Nurse Florida license
Minimum 2-3 years bedside open heart experience
Patient education/teaching skills
Excellent customer service as a Registered Nurse
CCRN certification preferred
BCLS/ACLS
