Job Description:
Provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient as prescribed by the physician and maintains compliance with regulations established by the State Board of Nursing, American Nursing Association and agency policies and procedures.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current state license as a RN, BSN preferred
Current CPR
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
At least 2 years work experience
Current state driver’s license and automobile insurance
Proficient in computers
OASIS-C experience
Preferred Qualifications:
One year in homecare experience
