- Two or more years of broad clinical experience in Ambulatory Surgical Centers required.
- Five years experience in management-specifically in dealing with developing/coaching staff
- Bachelors degree required.
- Clinical background as a Registered Nurse required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Professional demeanor a must
