Well established pain managment/opiate detox clinic looking for a part time (16-20 hrs/week) pain management physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Supervising physician for clinic is a 25 year Anesthesiologist. Suboxone (Opiate Detox) certified is very helpful since we encourage and offer opiate detox for all of our new and established patients. All new and established pain management patient’s must have the following items 1.) CT and/or MRI report completed within the last year with a positive result. 2.) Surgical Report(s) 3.) Physical Therapy report(s) 4.) Printout of past use of pain medication from the pharmacy that they go to or have gone to and 5.) Subject to random UA’s for illicit drug use and/or diversion.
