We are currently seeking a part time Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist to work onsite in an ADHC setting. Patients are geriatric, medium to high-level functioning with no transfer issues. Multiple disciplines, diagnose and create treatment plans. Participants are motivated and pleasant.
PT – Downtown LA- Part time 2 days a week 7-8 hours/day
PT – San Gabriel Valley – Part time either 2 days at 7 hours or 3 days at 5 hours.
PT – San Fernando Valley – Part time 2 days a week 6 hours/day
OT – NW San Fernando Valley – Part time 3 days a week 18-22 hours a week
Duties include assessments, development of Individual Plans of care, supervision of aides, review and document patients thru daily flow chart notation etc. Must prefer to work independently and be able to take responsibility for the therapy portion of multidisciplinary health care plan.
*Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy school.
*Must have CA license
*Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
