The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services. Participates in administrative, operational and clinical functions of department, hospital and alliance.
One full time and one part-time position available
Key Responsibilities:
Provides occupational therapy services according to departmental and professional standards of care.
Participates in the education of staff, students and volunteers by sharing responsibility for both the numbers of requests and quality of feedback from participants.
Participates with program development and implementation as determined by departmental needs.
Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings/clinics as indicated by department/organization needs.
Participates in PI activities by maintaining acceptable level of personal achievement and assisting with data collection and analysis.
Maintains technical and clinical competency according to department/organization/professional standards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in occupational therapy.
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Licensed by SC Board of Occupational Therapy.
Special Training: Demonstrates clinical competency based on patients age; computer literacy a plus.
