Occupational Therapist needed full time at this post acute care facility due to expanding case load. Work with post-acute, rehab-to-home clients, as well long term residents. Reasonable productivity goals allow you time to give high-quality care and individualized attention to your patients. We offer support from clinical specialists (and opportunities to become a clinical specialist), company in-services that include national speakers, a defined clinical pathway process for maximum patient recovery, and a patient-focused environment. This is a lovely facility with a well-equipped gym and a great rehab team.
Evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for services from the referring physician. Treats residents according to physicians treatment plan. Records evaluations, treatments and charges. Participates in discharge planning. Supervises Occupational Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from OT services.

Must be a licensed therapist. Prefer 1-2 years long term care experience but will train motivated individual. New grads welcome!
