Windham Injury Management Group, a premier case management company out of New England is seeking a Nurse Case Manager for telephonic work in Alpharetta, GA.
Job Functions include:
Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate treatment plans by physicians/health care team and providers.
Establish positive relationships with the claimant, employer, TPA’s, carriers, attorneys and other health care providers
Identify, assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate cost effective medical care alternatives.
Advocate for client in order to ensure quality outcomes.
Coordinate return to work and monitor client’s progress. Discuss and recommend job modifications as necesasry.
Skills required for position:
Knowledge of managed care mandates and case management
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Ability to multitask
Time management
Strong facilitation and team building skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams in an assertive yet sensitive manner.
The qualified candidate should have a good working knowledge of the Workers Comp System.
