Minimum Data Set (MDS) Nurse
The main duty of this position is to perform assessments of new patients and transmit MDS report forms for billing purposes for a 256 bed skilled nursing facility.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing with a minimum of 1 year of MDS experience. MDS Certification is preferred. Candidate must have very good communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, as well be very attentive to detail and be very accurate.
