We currently have an opening for an Electrophysiology Nurse in our EP Lab. The EP lab has 10 hour shifts; Monday through Friday; No call; self-schedulilng available.
Our EP Lab consists of 3 procedural suites. One EP Suite will incorporate the Stereotaxis System for treatment of aberrant heart rhythms. Patient preparation is done in the CTR (Cardiac Treatment and Recovery) which is a stand alone unit. Our Heart Center includes 3 Electrophysiology Suites, an expanded Cath Lab and CTR. Both areas have new state-of-the-art X-ray and hemodynamic equipment.
Job Requirements:
* Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor’s or CCRN is preferred.
* Current Kansas Registered Nurse license or eligible
* 2.5 years of critical care cardiovascular, conscious sedation, or post anesthesia care nursing required.
* Must have an American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) or an American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer and an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
